Ace rapper, Kendrick lamar has fired an Epic rap missile when he took to the mic on Big Sean's new single 'Control' released Aug. 13. The 26-year-old rapper called out some of hip-hop’s top acts with his verse claiming that rap is all about competing with colleagues. He also crowned himself the King of New York!
Lamar's lyrics, which begin at approximately three minutes into the song, include:
"I'm usually homeboys with the same n----s I'm rhyming with/ But this is hip-hop and them n----s should know what time it is/ And that goes for Jermaine Cole, Big K.R.I.T., Wale/ Pusha T, Meek Mill, A$AP Rocky, Drake/ Big Sean, Jay Electron', Tyler, Mac Miller/ I got love for you all but I'm tryna murder you n----s/ Tryna make sure your core fans never heard of you n----s/ They don't wanna hear not one more noun or verb from you n----s/ What is competition?"
He also attacked rehabilitating actress,Lindsay Lohan. He said,
The verse is a gold mine ... but the standout lyric is the unprovoked attack on Lindsay: "Mollies'll prolly turn these n****s to f***in' Lindsay Lohan / A bunch of rich ass white girls lookin' for parties/ Playin with Barbies, wreck the Porsche before you give 'em the car key."Other rappers react.....
