Popular writer and Historian,Chinua Achebe is dead! This shocking news hit my desk this morning. He died yesterday night in a hospital in Boston, Massachusetts after a brief illness.
Chinua shot into limelite after writing his classic novel,Things fall apart. He was aged 82.
Nigeria has lost a true gem! May his soul rest in perfect peace!
